When will I get my tracking number?
We send tracking by email after handing the package to the carrier, usually the same day or the next business day at the latest.
Can I change the Packeta pick-up point after ordering?
Yes, if the order has not been dispatched yet. Write to us as soon as possible at info@brikk.sk and we will adjust it.
What if my shipment is delayed?
If delivery is delayed beyond the stated time, check your tracking. If you need help, contact us and we'll check with the carrier directly.
How does payment work?
Payment happens online directly at checkout through the secure Stripe gateway (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your order ships as soon as payment is confirmed.
